Monitoring and testing are now complete, and we’re happy to confirm the issue is resolved.
Due to the high usage during Alpha Season 4, we’re postponing the release of the Alpha Passes to ensure the hotfix meets our performance standards.

Our services have remained stable for the past hour. We're currently preparing a hotfix to support the release of the anticipated Alpha Passes later today. We'll continue to keep you updated.
