The users who reported this issue had to clear their local browser cache or use an incognito window to access the correct registration flow. We consider this a false positive but will continue to monitor the situation.

The issue has been traced to the Captcha component, and our Tech team is coordinating with the responsible third-party provider to resolve it as soon as possible.
